This tutorial will guide you through the system and principles of Mobile Parking.To begin with this interactive tutorial, click[»] for start.

Step 1: Registration (and replenishment) of your Mobile Parking account

Buy a scratch-card, open the package and find the re-load code on it
Send the activation code from card via SMS to our short-number 516 to create your account or replenish it.
Information about your account opening (or replenishment) will arive after few seconds to your phone via SMS

Step 2: Start parking

To start your parking, simply send a SMS to our short-number 516 including parking lot number (found on the street signs) and license plate of your car (please write your car number without spaces or hyphens)
Confirmation about parking session start will arrive into your phone via SMS within seconds.

Step 3: Warning messages

When your credit on your Mobile Parking account is about to end, then 20 minutes before the parking session expected end you will receive a warning-SMS.
After getting this warning message, you shall add funds to your account (see back to Step1) or drive away from the parking lot.

Step 4: Parking end

To end your parking session you shall write an SMS only with letter С and send it to our short number 516 OR make a call to the same number.
When our system receives the call os SMS-message from you, it calculates the actual parking fee, deducts the fee from your credit
After few seconds you will get the SMS-confirmation message with exact session cost and remaining credit back to your phone.

Step 5: Information messages

Send an SMS only with letter I to our number 516 and you will get a status of your Mobile Parking account (remaining credit) and your current parking status.

Step 6: Change your language

Writing an SMS with letter Y or У and sending it to number 516 will switch your language over to Ukrainian
Writing an SMS with letter E and sending it to number 516 will switch your language over to English.
Confirmation of language setting will be sent to you back as SMS

Step 7: Control of Mobile Parking

After looking to your car's windshield and founding from there the Mobile Parking sticker, any parking attendant can check your car's status via mobile terminal(s)he has and validate:

the car parking start time;
is the parking paid or not

The parking validation is based on the:

Number of parking lot and
Car's license plate

If the parking is not registered, then the parking attendant will call the blocking team who will lock your car's tyre.
